- THIS MODIFICATION IS BEING POSTED TO REVISED THE DELINEATED AREA FOR THE LEASE ACQUISITION. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 23,354 rentable square feet yielding 20,308 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Riverside, California. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. The building footprint / floorplate must not exceed a two to one (2:1) ratio. LOCATION: The U.S. government will be evaluating offers from the following delineated areas: NORTH: Columbia Avenue, EAST: 215 Freeway, SOUTH: Van Buren Boulevard, WEST: Market Street. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy Spring 2003. Four on-site parking spaces are required (preferably reserved) with an additional 100 spaces available within two blocks. LEASE TERM: Term is 15 years, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 10 years.
