- Delete the following from the original notice: The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent small business set-aside. The Government will only accept offers from small business concerns. Add the following: The proposed solicitation is set aside for certified HUBZone small business firms listed on the Small Business Administration (SBA) List of Qualified HUBZone Small Business Concerns on its Internet website at http://www.sba.gov/hubzone. The Government will only accept offers from SBA certified HUBZone small business concerns. Status as a qualified HUBZone small business concern is determined by the SBA in accordance with 13 CFR Part 126. If the SBA determines that a concern is a qualified HUBZone small business concern, it will issue a certification to that effect and will add the concern to the List of Qualified HUBZone Small Business Concerns on its Internet website at http://www.sba.gov/hubzone. All other information publicized in the original notice is correct.
