- Amendment 0001. The purpose of this amendment is to Extend closing date and provide responses to questions submitted. The closing date is changed from 11 Dec to 12 Dec 02, 3:00 pm, local time. The following questions were submitted and the responses are as follows: 1. Will the transcription staff be on-site at your facilities or may this be performed as a remote tele-transcription service? If remote, will medical evaluations still be required? Answer: If the transcriptionist is off-site, a medical exam is not required. 2. Will the two medical facilities (David Grant Medical Center and Naval Hospital Lemoore) planned to share the transcription services. Answer: The two facilities will not share services. If David Grant Medical covers Naval Hospital Lemoore for interpretation, they also do their own transcription. 3. What is the approximate line count of each report? b. Will services be provided on-site or off-site? c. Will the nighttime hours be considered as differential pay or overtime? Answer: The approximate line count is 7-10 lines per report. b. Service can be off-site. c. There will be no overtime. 4. You refer to the workload to be approximately 350-400 reports a week. Do you want the price quote on a per report basis or do you have expected line count that we could quote on a line count basis? Answer: Per report.
