- Maintenance on Material Handling Equipment (MHE): Note: This is a renumbering of Solicitation DECA08-02-R-0034 (posted 10/7/02) to DECA08-03-T-0018. Perform Scheduled Preventive Maintenance and Unscheduled Service Calls and Repair on Government Owned Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and other miscellaneous equipment for the Fort Wainwright, Fort Wainwright Central Distribution Center, and Eielson Air Force Base Commissaries located in Alaska. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of June 1, 2003 through May 31, 2004, and will include four one-year option periods that may extend performance through May 31, 2008. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued December 10, 2002 with a tentative closing date of January 10, 2003. Organizations who requested the solicitation from the original notice do not need to submit a new request. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small-business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $6 million (per FAR 52.212-3(c)(8)(ii)(b), determination of business size status is based on average annual gross revenues for the last three fiscal years. Organizations whose average annual gross revenues exceed $6 million are considered large businesses). This RFQ will be available on www.fedbizops.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ. All requests for paper copies of this RFQ must be in writing and addressed to: Defense Commissary Agency, ATTN: CICST (Melissa Rios), 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee Virginia 23801-1800.
