- NA The following changes are hereby made to the synopsis published on November 25, 2002: (1) Delete the requirement for nine computer systems; (2) Add a requirement for eight (8) color printers, HP DeskJet Model 1220cse, or equal; (3) Change the solicitation issue date from 10 Dec 02 to 6 Jan 03; (4) Change the proposal due date from 9 Jan 03 to 5 Feb 03; (5) Change the pre-proposal conference date from 18 Dec 02 to 15 Jan 03. Written questions for the pre-proposal conference must be furnished to the Contract Specialist no later than 13 Jan 03. All other requirements identified on the original synopsis remain unchanged. All previously registered attendees for the pre-proposal conference will remain registered unless they notify the Contract Specialist otherwise .
