- Description
- DSCC is issuing a solicitation and subsequently an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for the Strategic Material Sourcing (SMS) Initiative. This solicitation will address Project 10, which contains thirty-two (32) NSNs. This will be a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business set-aside solicitation for a period of five (5) years with a base year and four-one year option periods. The issue date is estimated to be 30 December 2002 and the estimated closing date is 30 January 2003. Other FSCs to be covered under this project include 1005 2150, 2530, 2540, 2590. All Responsible interested parties may submit an offer/proposal and can view the solicitation package by going to the web address below: www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/contracts/sms NOTE: All correspondence will be done through the aforementioned web address. The Buyer will not provide a hard copy of the solicitation package. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See note(s): 9, 26, 27.
