- This is a FLIGHT SAFETY CRITICAL ITEM. This is a Navy Identified Critical Safety Item. The following Clauses are included in the solicitation in accordance with DLAD 11.302-91(a): 52.211.9005, Condition for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offers for CSI. 52.211-9006, Changes In Contractor Status, Item Acquired And/Or Manufacturing Process/Facility-CSI. 52.211-9007, Withholding of Material Review (MRB) Authority - CSI. Purchase Request number NPG02086000097 for NSN 2840-00-033-7489. The Nomenclature is a Shroud, Sector Turbine. The OEM MFG: General Electric CO. (CAGE: 07482) for Part Number 6020T04G01 REV 'AL'. Specifications, Plans, or Drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The quantity is 541 each with 100% quantity option provision included. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The Government's required delivery schedule is 120 Days After Receipt of Order. This procurement is 100% SBSA. Utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition Procedures in accordance with (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR (6.302-1). Configuration Control Applies. EBB QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
