- This solicitation replaces SP047002QDE45. NSN 1560-01-394-9782, Panel Assembly, Part number 389719-21 Rev H, will be solicited for a quantity of 8, plus a 100% option quantity of 8. This will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. First Article Testing, Government applies, 2 samples. A technical data package is available for contractors who are Export Control Certified. This is Small-Business Set-aside. Flight Safety critical item. Configuration Control. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Fob: Destination. QAP 008. The solicitation will open Dec 27, 2002 and will close Jan 27, 2002.
