- Description
- The Jerry Creek Bridge Rehabilitation project involves replacing existing guardrail, installing approach rails for an existing 203 foot span concrete deck/steel girder single-lane bridge over the Big Hole River. The project also includes changing existing pin and hanger connections to splice plate connections and replacing existing rocker bearings with bolsters and pads. Also included is minor concrete patching and application of sealer to the existing deck and curbs. This project site is located approximately 1 mile east of Wise River, Montana in the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest. The successful contractor must have experience in repair work on steel girders concrete deck bridges. Work is estimated to begin on 15 July 2002. Magnitude of construction is between $100,000-$250,000.
