- NAICS Code 332999 applies. This requirement is a 100% Set-aside for Small Business. (Refer to Note #1).This requirement is MIC Level I for the fabrication of ORDALT Hardware (SHIPSETS) for the Ram Pump Ejection System Upgrade, ORDALT #16264. This acquisition will require the manufacture of two (2) shipsets at award, and will contain four (4) options to procure two (2) additional shipsets annually over a period of 4 years for a total procurement of 10 shipsets. This requirement is a follow-on to contract N66604-97-C-1982 with Scandia Mfg., Baltimore, MD.. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. Desired delivery is to NUWC Division Newport, RI. Award will be made on the basis of Greatest Value. Evaluation criteria/factors listed in descending order of importance are: (1) Technical Capability (consisting of Technical Approach, Past Performance and Management Approach) and (2) Total Price. Instructions on how to obtain the drawings as well as the solicitation will be posted on our web site. Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
