- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N65538-03-Q-0029, and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. The associated NAICS code is 513310. Line Item 0001 is as follows: Installation of a DS3 Circuit between Southeast RMC Mayport, FL, and the Navy Smart Link Hub in Norfolk, VA (which is hosted within an AT&T facility). Line item 0002 is as follows: Mo nthly Recurring Charges for Line Item 0001. There is a six month base period (0002AA), followed by nine, six-month, option periods (0002AB through 0002AK). Line Item 0003 is as follows: Universal Service for Line Item 0002. There is a six month base period (0003AA), followed by nine, six-month, option periods (0003AB through 0003AK). The provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offeror will include a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer.
