- FISC Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex intends to procure ten (10) each butterfly valve assemblies with hydraulic motor quarter actuator, various sizes, requiring shock vibration tests, provisioning technical documentation (PTD), and technical manuals. The complete specifications will be provided with solicitation package. The solicitation number is N00181-03-Q-0058. The NAICS is 332912 and small business size standard is 500. This requirement will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as set forth in FAR 12. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Receiving Officer, Bldg 276, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Inspection and Acceptance is at destination. Closing date for receipt of offers is December 18, 2002. Requests for solicitation package will be accepted via express mail or regular mail only. NO PHONE, FAX OR EMAIL REQUESTS.
