- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition Ft. Myers, Florida The United States Government intends to award a lease extension, using other than full and open competition to Flordeco Realty, Inc. of Ft. Myers, Florida. The lease will be for 796 rentable square feet of fully-serviced space for a term of 12 months. Firms interested in commenting regarding the government's intent to award this project under Other than Full and Open Competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to Patricia K. Singleton, Contracting Officer, at patriciak.singleton@gsa.gov or to her attention at GSA, Realty Services Division (4PEY), Atrium West Building, 7771 West Oakland Park Boulevard, Suite 119, Sunrise, Florida, 33351.
