- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitiation for commerical items being prepared in accirdance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement consititutes the only solicitation; quotes a re not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the G overnment intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request is not a request for quotes. However, all quotes recieved within ten days after date of publication of this synopsis wi ll be considered by the Government. A determination by the Govenment not to compete with this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely fo r the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The NAIC for this requirement is 3359999. Line Item 0001AA, Power Inverter P/O AN-TTC-39, 15 each with 100% option. NSN 6130-01-472-6644; part number 4408-901. The packaging for wil l be LOP-commerical, PKG-REF-AG00000601, LPK-commerical. Items to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA, 60 days after award. Inspection, acceptance and FOB will be at origin. The following clauses and provisions and any addenda's to the clauses and provisio ns apply to this acquisition. Provision's 52.212-1, Instructions to Offers-Commerical; provisions 52-212-2, Evaluation-Commerical Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations, and Certifications-Commerical Items; 212-4, Contract Terms and Condtions-Commerical Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Regquired to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commerical Items apply to this acquisition. A noncompetitive negotiation is proposed with Control Technoloyg, Inc. 7608 North Hudson, Oklahoma City, OK be cause the Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient accurate or legible data to purchase this part from other than current source.
