- Description
- The Administration on Children, Youth and Families (ACYF), consisting of the Head Start Bureau, the Children's Bureau, the Family and Youth Services Bureau and the Child Care Bureau, through services provided by the Division of Acquisition Management, Program Support Center, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, will be issuing a solicitation to obtain logistical and administrative support for the ACYF Discretionary Grant Review Process. The anticipated cost-reimbursement contract will have a 12-month base period with four, 12-month option periods. The solicitation will be issued approximately 15 days after this synopsis is issued and will be made available electronically at this address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Only electronic copies of the solicitation will be available. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after the solicitation is issued. This requirement is being conducted as a competitive 8(a) requirement. Therefore, competition is restricted to eligible 8(a) concerns only under NAICS Code: 541611/$6.0M.
