Description
The Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit Request for Quote and award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price contract to Real Time Devices USA, Inc., 103 Innovation Boulevard, State College, PA 16804-0906, Phone: 814-234-8087. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested, and a written request for quotation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this announcement is F33TSD23370100. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334111, with a small business standard size of 1,000. If you feel your company meets the Government requirements, please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement is for 17 ea, PC-104+ stacks to fabricate Ground Interface Units (GIU) in support of Multi Service Target and Control System (MSTCS) Ground Station development to upgrade the Gulf Range Drone Control System with Global Positioning System and a MSTCS data link. The PC-104+ requirements are: Passed MIL-STD-810 using 883 for QF-4 profile. Meet TP-MSTCS-AFE-210 and PG-MESDL-110 and all related documents. Conform to AF ID Code number 26548 Drawing number 2390497. Operate software using ROM-DOS 7.1, manufacturer drivers and independent drivers/software. The system must be specifically, but not limited to: A PC104+ stack and enclosure able to operate at temperatures of neg 40o to +85oC at 90% humidity non-condensing. The unit must also be able to be stored at temperatures of neg 55o to +125oC. The stack must have a 104-pin PC/104 AT-bus interface, 120-pin PC/104 plus PCI-bus, and allow jumper-selectable hardware interrupts. The PC104+ CPU processor must be a PCI Pentium Class low power Geode 300MHz processor on a PC compatible motherboard with a rugged passive heatsink. The CPU module must have a Math coprocessor, 16KB of internal cache, Watchdog timer, 7 DMA channels, 3 timer/counter channels, and 2 32-pin DIP sockets for Solid State Disk support. The processor must have 128 Mbytes of SDRAM with both 3.3V and 5V PCI bus signaling. The PC104+ stack must have a parallel port, PS/2 mouse port, and a keyboard port. The PC104+ CPU module must have a hardware reset input and a battery input for a Real Time Clock. The stack must provide SMC 91C96I Ethernet Controller with a 10Base-T (RJ45) and 10Base-2 (BNC) interface and must have 4 jumper-configurable serial ports compatible with Industry Standard 16C554D (16C550 compatible). The 6 (2 from CPU) RS-232 serial ports must be capable of operating at speeds of 115.2K. It also has to allow direct connection to opto-22 I/O system modules. It must have 3 16-bit timers/counters and be compatible with DMR and DOP expansion boards. The PC104+ stack must contain an uninterruptible power supply/battery backup subsystem that can maintain power interruption up to 30 minutes while still maintaining complete computer operation. The power supply subsystem must be able to take an input voltage in the range of 10 to 40VDC. The battery backup subsystem must allow for battery replacement without needing to disassemble the stack. It must also allow the application software to control the charging of the batteries as well as providing current status. This computer must interact with FastComms RS-422 card (PC-104+), SBSs 1553 single channel card and software plus Greenleaf communications software. The system will be delivered on an FOB Destination basis, 12 weeks after contract award to Eglin AFB, Florida.
