- Description
- The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) intends to award a sole source contract to United Behavioral Health. The award will be made to obtain follow-on services to retain the Full Operating Capability (FOC) for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that has been under design, and development by United Behavioral Health (UBH). UBH has developed unique assessment capability, intervention tools, diagnostic routines, and software reporting that are proprietary to this program. All interested parties have 14 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications / capabilities. All responses should reference PR 480/0003Z/03-01. Small Businesses are encouraged to submit their qualifications/capabilities. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Information submitted is solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition basis. Any response to this notice MUST show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Responses should be submitted via email to jill.kline@dia.mil. Vendors must also be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to conduct business with this government organization. A determination by the Virginia Contracting Activity not to compete this proposed procurement on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this synopsis is solely within the discretion of the Virginia Contracting Activity.
