Project number 0AZ0102. LOCATION: within the city limits of Sierra Vista, AZ. The GSA is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 1,943 rentable square feet. Rentable space must yield 1,775 to 1,690 BOMA usable square feet of contiguous space. Lease term: ten years, five years firm. Occupancy desired March 26, 2003 or sooner. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: Building name and address; rentable square feet and rental rate per square foot; method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet; common area factor for available space.
