- THE POSTING/AVAILABILITY DATE FOR THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN CHANGED TO: ON OR ABOUT DECEMBER 17, 2002 WITH PROPOSALS DUE ON OR ABOUT JANUARY 28, 2003. Furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supervision to construct a new commercial gate and associated site work, including site grading and drainage, asphalt and concrete parking area and roadway construction, installation and connection of utilities to the guardhouse. Work will include construction of a 215 sf guardhouse and security gates, fencing and traffic barriers. Security systems will be installed to interconnect with existing systems on the campus. Install a new waterline at the Range Area, which includes approximately 8,000 lf of 8" and 6" waterline and 4,000 lf of 2" waterline, along with miscellaneous isolation and control valves, fire hydrants, non-freezing yard hydrants, and drinking water fountains. The estimated dollar range for this solicitation is between $1 million and $5 million, NAICS #237110, business size standard $28.5 million. This solicitation will only be available on FedBizOps at www.eps.gov. This solicitation will be evaluated through source selection procedures.
