- Description
- The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Stryker Howmedica Osteonics 59 Route - 17 South Bldg 2 Allendale, NJ, to provide sixty (60) External Fixation Military Field Pack Fixator. The specifications for the External Fixation Military Field Pack Fixator are as follows: NSN 6515-01-463-1464 16.5 in L, 7 in W, 2 in D, 1.9lb. The component listing is as follows: Multi-Pin Clamp Assembly (2), 5mm x 180mm Apex SD/ST Half Pins (4), 30?? Angled Post, Stainless Steel (2) Rod-to-Rod Coupling 8/8mm, Carbon Connecting Rod 8mm x 400mm (1), Pin Driver/Wrench Assembly (1) #10 Scalpel (1). The Government has made the determination that Stryker Howmedica Osteonics possesses the sole and unique knowledge and expertise necessary to provide this equipment. DELIVERY: The External Fixation Military Field Pack Fixators shall be shipped FOB Destination and shipped to/marked for: Med Logistics Company, 1st Supply Battalion, 1st Force Service Support Group, Building 220110 6th Street, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055-5191. DATE OF DELIVERY: Delivery will be no later than 10 January 2003. All interested firms that are interested in submitting their qualifications may do so no later than 19 December 2002. See Note 22.
