- Phase I has concluded and offerors have been selected to proceed to PHASE II for the subject RFP. Phase II Plans and Specifications will be issued on 06 Dec 2002 with Phase II Proposals being due 22 Jan 2003. ONLY those Offerors selected to proceed to Phase II will be allowed to submit Proposals for Phase II. Phase II Plans and Specifications will be posted on the website http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. A Pre-Proposal and Site Visit Conference is tentatively scheduled for 18 December 2002. There will be more detailed information posted for the Pre-Proposal Conference listed in the Phase II Solicitation package.
