This notice was previously posted on 10/30/2002 - this is a re-post due to technical upload difficulties which have occured in processing the modification to this annoucement. Please refer to Mod 1 of this annoucement for revised tech/cost prop due date. THIS NOTICE IS A COMBINED SOLICITATION - AND IS THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PROVIDED. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Gov.Works is issuing this competitive RFQ to solicit selected General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Schedule contract holders for the purpose of entering into a Task Order under an existing GSA schedule contract. GovWorks will conduct this acquisition using Subpart 8.4 under the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is being issued by GovWorks under the Department of the Interior Franchise Fund on behalf of the National Cancer Institute, Division of Cancer Prevention. If you are interested in this acquisition, you may locate the RFQ instructions and statement of work on the following website http://www.govworks.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp Important Due Dates: 1. Technical Questions Due: November 11, 2002 no later than 4:30 Eastern Standard Time. No questions will be accepted after the November 11 date and time.
