- Annual demand quantity for these NSN's are: NSN 2910-01-102-7578: 156 each, NSN 2920-01-102-7492: 496 each. A copy of this written solicitation will be posted to the following website: http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rf. The solicitation will be open from 12/30/02 until 1/30/03. FOB and inspection/acceptance requested is origin. Product verification testing may be required. This is a base year solicitation with 4 option years. Quantities will be delivered to various locations with an estimated delivery of: NSN 2910-01-102-7578: 75 days, NSN 2920-01-102-7492: 148 days. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
