- Description
- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 57,500- 68,000 BOMA rentable square feet (rsf) of office/flex space for a new lease. Rentable space must yield 50,000 - 62,000 BOMA office usable square feet (bousf) available for use by the tenants for personnel, furnishings, equipment and data center. The space must provide full building occupancy and control. The immediate parking requirement is 195 spaces. The building must also provide a minimum 100 foot setback. Space must be able to be accommodated on no more than three floors. Building must be located within 10 miles of a major commercial airport. DELINEATED AREA: The space must be located within the following delineated area which includes: the Central Employment Area (CEA) of the District of Columbia; Montgomery and Prince George's Counties in Maryland; and Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax and Loudon Counties in Virginia including all incorporated cities. LEASE TERM: The requirement is for a firm term of ten (10) years. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 2003. OWNERS AND AUTHORIZED AGENTS: EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building name and address. 2. Total square footage available (BOMA/ANSI office rentable and usable) and availability schedule for all space offered. 3. Common Area Factor for available space, by floor (if applicable).
