- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATOIN OR A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This announcement represents a request for Capabilities Statement (Phase I) of this acquisition. GovWorks is seeking potential contractors to provide specialized services to provide operations and maintenance on an Avaya hybrid PBX Centrex customer premises system for the Washington, DC metro-area. This requirement is being issued by the Department of Interior, GovWorks. A Top Secret Clearance is required by the vendor to participate in this acquisition. 1. Capability Statements Due - Phase I: December 20, 2002 Receipt must be no later than 4:30pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Participation from interested vendors will be identified and expressed by submitting a Capability Statement. Only those participants in Phase I, who are deemed eligible in Phase I, will be allowed to participate in Phase II. Important: Capability Statements will NOT be accepted after the December 20th date and time. If you are interested in participating in this acquisition, you may locate the GovWorks AWSOM Announcement and instruction letter on the following website: http://www.govworks.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp No calls concerning this solicitation will be accepted. Please note, the document will be available on the GovWorks websit in the afternoon of Dec 9, 2002. 2. Request for Proposals (RFP) & SOW Release Date Phase II: January 3, 2002 Reading Room Opportunity: January 13, 2002 through January 24, 2002 Participants accepted in Phase I (Capability Statements) will be permitted to view Top Secret documents in a designed reading room.
