- Description
- The purpose of this modification is to adjust the RFP issue and response dates. Essential repair C-5 Hydraulic Winches, for a period of Five years (One year basic period w/Four- One year option periods). Best estimated quantity (BEQ): 40 each annually. Government furnished drawings, specifications, test equipment, are not available. The approximate RFP issue date: 20 December 2002, with a response date of 22 January 2003. This acquisition is a Sole Source to: Lucas Western, Inc., 1550 S. Valley Vista Drive, Diamond Bar, CA. Cage code: 00462. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1), Justification: Supplies or Services required are available only from one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. Solicitation will be available for viewing or downloading at www.fedbizopps.gov only. No telephone requests. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. All responsible sources solicited may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. See Notes 22 and 26.
