- Under authority of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, the Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for maintenance service for the Beckman Coulter, Model 470000 Analyzer and reagents. Services will be required for the period January 1, 2003 through September 30, 2003 with four prepriced one-year option periods. This contract is entered into pursuant to FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, Part 6, Subpart 6.1 entitled Full and Open Competition.
