- Description
- The. U.S. Department of Commerce, Aircraft Operations Center, MacDill AFB, FL, intends to procure Commercial/Instrument/Multi-Engine Certification Program for one individual. Training must be conducted from January 3, 2003- June 31, 2003 due to participate's schedules and the organization's operations requirements. Requirements: FAR Part 141 Certified Flight School or Agency, 110.0 hours of Academic Instruction, 26.0 hours of Crew Resource Management Instruction, 21.0 hours of Dual Flight Instruction in a Single-Engine Aircraft (VFR), 54.0 hours of Solo Flight in a Single-Engine Aircraft, 55.0 hours of Dual Flight Instruction in a Multi-Engine Aircraft, 30.0 hours of Instruction in a Multi-Engine Flight Trainer/Simulator, 4.0 hours of Spatial Disorientation Training, 84.0 hours of Pre-Flight Briefings/Instruction, Books and supplies provided for all training, FAA Written Fees, FAA Class I Medical, Student/Instructor Ratio not more than 4 to 1, Vendor must have at least a 92% completion rate, Student must have option to remain with Instructor for duration of training, Vendor must train a minimum of 300 students per year. This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 611512.
