- Description
- The. U.S. Department of Commerce, Aircraft Operations Center, MacDill AFB, FL, intends to procure Gulfstream-IV Recurrent Simulator Training for two individuals. The Gulfstream IV refresher, simulator course shall be a full service contract. Requirements: Contractor shall be FAR Part 61/91 Certified Flight School or Agency. Training must be conducted from December 27-31,2002 due to participates schedules and the organization's operations requirements. 16.0 hours of Academic Instruction/Ground School to include: Aircraft Systems, Normal and Emergency Procedures, Review of Checklists, CRM Principles, Weight and Balance, Flight Planning and Performance, 12.0 hours (6.0 hours in the left seat and 6.0 in the right seat) of Flight Training/Instruction in a Gulfstream IV (8400 Series) Simulator to include: Normal Maneuvers and Procedures, Abnormal and Emergency Procedures, Engine-Out Procedures, Rejected Takeoff, Wind Shear, Cold Weather Operations, Hot Weather Operations, Simulator Training must include a 61.58 proficiency Check, 6.0 total hours of Simulator Briefings/De-briefings, Books and supplies provided for all training, Student/Instruction Ratio not more than 6 to 1, Vendor must have atleast a 95% completion rate, Student must have option to remain with Instructor for duration of training. This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 611512.
