- Description
- The purpose of this project is to replace existing roofs on 5 structures on the Helena National Forest; the administrative site building and the barn both located on the Helena Ranger District and two Government-owned houses and a guard station on the Lincoln Ranger District. Work consists of installing roofing, removing existing roofing and related work. It is possible that work may include sheathing as there is the potential for more extensive work than what is known to be needed. Such additional work will be negotiated as necessary. Estimated cost range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Project is located in Lewis & Clark and Meagher Counties, Montana. The NAICS Code for this project is 235610. Offer of award will be made to the Quoter whose quote, as determined by the Contracting Officer, is most advantageous to the Government, considering, but not limited to, factors such as price, Contractor capacity to do the work, experience with this type of work, and past performance. Award will be made to one contractor. Completion date for structures on the Helena and Lincoln Ranger Districts is June 2, 2002.
