- The United States Army TACOM-ARDEC at Picatinny Arsenal would like you to review the following draft Statement of Work covering the development of concepts and manufacturing services to advance the performance of various gun launched munitions for the next generation of armament systems. You are requested to carefully review the following documentation and provide your ideas, comments, concepts, questions, etc., no later than 20 December 2002 to Lawrence Shikowitz at 973 724-7870 or via e-mail to lshikow@pica.army.mil. This will aid us with decision making prior to the release of the formal RFP, presently scheduled for on or about 14JAN03. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this draft RFP or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. This draft RFP is for informational purposes only, and will be used to identify viable sources. The contemplated contract type is a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Task Order Contract. We anticipate award of one contract, however, multiple contract awards may be utilized if considered in the best interest of the Government. Estimated award date is APR/MAY 2003.
