- Description
- The Government intends to award on a sole source basis to the University of Albany, State University of New York, Albany, NY to conduct validation studies in Cylindrical Magnetron Sputtering. The results of the analyses must be in the form of written report after the completion of each portion of the scope Note 22 and 26 apply.
