- NA The US Army Garrison Alaska intends to award up to a maximum of 5 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's) under the new Quick-Fix Program for small repairs and construction/remodel projects for Fort Richardson, Alaska. This is a total small business set-aside . The magnatude for individual calls placed against any BPA will be between $250.00 and $25,000.00. All requirements with an estimated value over $2,500.00 will be competed between all BPA Holders.
