Description
11TH Contracting Squadron/LGCO, Bolling AFB DC, intends to procure non-personal service. The service required is Software Maintenance TS-AR-EP Express Support services FFP and TS-AR-EP Express Support Services to include free updates of software, Solicitation No. F6041221410100. This procurement is a small business set-aside and is at a firm fixed-price. The contractor shall provide all software up grades as required and provide a telephone number to receive all support calls placed by the government. Please review the Statement of Work below for full description of what is required. Projected performance period is 15 Dec 02 - 30 September 03. The SIC Code assigned to this project is 7378. The NAICS Code is 811212 and the business size requirement is $ 21 million. SCOPE: Non-personal Services: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, personnel, and transportation to perform the following service. Contractor shall accomplish the service in accordance with the following list (see list below). 2. Contractor shall provide on-call software support TS-AR-EP Express Support on Remedy Action Request System software. 3. PRINCIPAL PERIOD OF MAINTENANCE: a. The Contractor shall provide response within 4-hours after notification Monday - Friday between the hours of 6:00AM through 5:00PM Eastern Coast time. The Contractor shall provide upgrades of software as required. b. Contractor shall provide a point of contact and telephone number to receive all support calls placed by the Government. Contractor shall respond within 4-hours after notification of service requirement by the Government. 4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GOVERNMENT: a. Government personnel will not perform maintenance nor attempt repairs to software while it is under the purview of the Contractor. b. Due to security regulations, the Government shall not permit government employees to perform any maintenance on equipment. Only the contractor will have access to perform required software maintenance
