- New Synopsis F09603-03-R-0011 is for the repair of the Hydraulic Manifold Assembly applicable to C-5 Aircraft and is replacing previous Synopsis F09603-01-R-35133 (posted October 9, 2001 and revised on April 4, 2002). The new Synopsis F09603-03-R-0011 changes a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Contract with a 3-year ordering period to a Requirements Contract with a 3-year ordering period. The DESCRIPTION is the same as the previous Synopsis, with the exception to the Buyer/PCO, who is now Patrena Journey, (478) 926-7326, WR-ALC/LAKB, Robins AFB Georgia. The DESCRIPTION is as follows: Government Furnished Material (GFM) is not authorized. Order Period One quantity is initial order for Contract of 10 each, which will be placed at time of Contract award. Order Period Two quantity is 1-10 each. Order Period Three quantity is 1-10 each. Contract minimum is one (1) each with Contract maximum of 30 each. NSN: 1650-01-327-1355UC, P/N: AH90628-101A or P/N: AH2272-04. DIM: 13.930 inches length x 50.076 inches diameter. FUNCTION: Exhaust nozzle assembly. Predominant material for manufacture: Nickel Alloy. DELIVERY: Initial Order 10 each by 20 Feb 2003 or negotiable. The approximate solicitation issue date is 5 Dec 2002 with an approximate response date of 6 Jan 2003. Solicitation will be available for viewing or downloading from www.FedBizOpps.gov website only. No telephone requests. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. E=mail and fax responses to the RFP are acceptable. Authority: 10U.S.C.2304(c) (1), Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of Supplies or Services will satisfy Agency requirements applies. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. All potential sources should contact the Buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any concerning this acquisition. If the Contracting Officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel.
