- DESC: Synopsis: This is a sole source fixed price acquisition to establish an IDIQ contract for repair Receiver, Radio Processors, NSN 5826-01-331-7453RY, P/N 100-601538-010, appl to ARN-152. Quantity range for the Basic one-year contract period is 1-75 each and the quantity range for the one-year option period is 1-75 each. Delivery: 60 days after receipt of reparable assets or delivery order, whichever is later; 7 days for SURGE requirements; 14 days for MICAPs. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
