- Contractor to provide complete eyeglass frames to the Department of Veteran Affairs, VISN 20 Optical Laboratory, VA Medical Center, 500 West Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702-4598. This solicitation is for FY 03 with base year and two option years. Contractor, shall at cost, provide all equipment, labor, materials and personnel to accomplish this requirement. The NAICS Code is 421460. This procurement is totally set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Requests for this solicitation must be submitted in writing,maybe FAXED to (208) 422-1139 or requested by E-MAIL from duane.janke@med.va.gov.
