Description
Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1560-00-128-1929, LTC02282002465, Inlet, Cooling. In accordance with Saberliner (Cage: 0ESK8) P/N 310-460004. No other sources are listed. Requirement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four (4) option years. The solicitation issue date is December 10, 2002 and the solicitation closing date is January 10, 2003. FOB: Origin; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. First Article Testing Government required. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Pricing will be based on the estimated annual demand quantities of 7 each for the base year and 7 each for all option years. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
