- Description
- The subject solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base period of one year and four option years that may be exercised annually at the Government?s discretion. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Classes 3010, 3020, 3040, 4330, and 4710. A complete list of NSNs, their manufacturer, and estimated annual demands is attached. Additional information will be available with the solicitation when it is posted. NSN item descriptions will be available for download at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/corporate_contracts/cc.asp. In seeking to establish an IQC(s), this solicitation does not represent actual requirements for delivery of supplies. It will establish one or more basic contracts against which the ordering office(s) may issue delivery orders for stock replenishment, with one exception, on an as needed basis. Although the contracts are primarily for stock replenishment, one NSN is to be supported on a Direct Vendor Delivery basis. The contract(s) will require and pricing shall be based on F.O.B. origin. Inspection and acceptance is at origin. Orders will have the actual destination cited on each order. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. See notes 12 and 26. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and proposed support of Surge & Sustainment, Socioeconomic programs and JWOD.
