- MODIFICATION TO SYNOPSIS OF RFQ-NCP-0002-2 ISSUED MARCH 13, 2002, BY THE FEDERAL CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION (FCI) PETERSBURG FOR CARBONATED BAG-IN-THE -BOX SOFT DRINKS: The synopsis for RFQ-NCP-0002-2, Carbonated Bag-in-the Box Soft Drinks for the FCI Petersburg Medium and Low facilities has been modified to revise Line Item 01, from Coca-Cola to read Cola or equivalent, Line Item 02, from Diet Coke to read Diet Cola or equivalent, Line Item 03 from Sprite to read Lemon Lime or equivalent, and change Line Item 07 to read Mr. Pibb or equivalent. All other information remains unchanged. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Tonya L. McClinton, Contract Specialist, National Contracts and Policy Section, Federal Bureau of Prisons, at (202) 307-0985. s, name, address and telephone number of offeror, price and any discount terms, remit to address, a completed copy of Representations and Certifications at FAR 52.212-3, and acknowledgment of all amendments, if any. All proposals that fail to furnish required Representations and Certifications and information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. The Government may make award without discussions with offerors, therefore, the offeror?s initial quote shall contain offeror?s best pricing. All future information about this solicitation, including amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site and must be acknowledged by each offeror. Offeror must hold pricing firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quote. Quotes or modifications to quotes received at the address specified for the receipt of quotes after the exact time specified may not be considered.
