- Single award term contract for the period 02-01-03 to 01-31-04. 8-page pamphlet 8-1/2 x 11 inches, printing four color process and two Pantone colors face and back head to head and saddle-stitching. Anticipate 4 orders per year for approximately 3,500 copies of 8 pages per order. Production area 60-mile radius of zero milestone, Washington, DC. Bidder outside this area must furnish documentation of their ability to meet schedule. Copy pickup in Washington, DC. Operation include electronic prepress, printing, binding, packing and distribution. Quality level III. Bid opening December 13, 2002.
