- WANTED TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT The United States Government is seeking to lease modern office space and facilities, consisting of 41,000 usable square feet of office space and ten (10) interior parking spaces in an office building providing a fully serviced lease altered to meet Government specifications. Also required, 2,400 usable square feet of climate controlled warehouse space, total requirement approximately 49,900 rentable square feet available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, heavy equipment-vehicles, and materials. Warehouse and Office may be in separate locations, however, all offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: North: Roosevelt Road South: 22nd Street East: York Avenue West: Highland Avenue Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Method of Measurement used to determine rentable square foot 4. Common Area Factor for available space by floor An expression of interest from brokers or agents should be accompanied by authorization on letterhead of the ownership.
