Description
NAICS Code: 332992 The United States Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Criminal Enforcement, Forensics, & Training - Criminal Investigation Division has a requirement for small arms ammunition to be delivered to various field offices nationwide. This is the second of two requirements for EPA CID. The Government contemplates purchasing the following brand-name (Federal) or equivalent products: 38 cases of 9mm pistol duty ammo (LE9T5), 10 cases of 12ga buckshot (LE13200), and one case of shotgun shells (LE127RS). Ammunition must be new (no reloads), recently manufactured (no "gray market" surplus), and packaged in the original manufacturers boxes. Award to a single vendor is comtemplated. Selective factor will be lowest total cost (ammo and shipping) delivered to EPA CID field offices. EPA CID field office locations and ammo supply amounts are available by fax request to the Contracting Officer via (202) 565-2554. See Note 23.
