- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving & Printing intends to place an order with SAP Public Services for Maintenance Service Agreement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. See numbered note 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.5 shall be used.
