- Custodial Services, Various Areas, Oahu, Hawaii. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing labor, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supplies, supervision, and management required for janitorial services by means of a combination firm fixed-price and indefinite quantity type contract. The Contractor has full responsibility to perform the services using their own and industry best practices and processes to ensure that a specified outcome is achieved. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561720 and the annual size standard is $14,000,000. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus four option years. The total term of the contract, including all options, will not exceed 60 months. If the Government does not award a follow-on contract in time, the Government may require the Contractor to continue performance for an additional period up to six months under the Option to Extend Services clause. In either case, the Government will not synopsize the options when exercised. This contract will replace contracts for similar services awarded previously. We will include information about the current contracts and the incumbent contractors (e.g., value of last option exercised, firm name, address, etc.) with the solicitation package. We do not require requests under the Freedom of Information Act for this information. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil/ when it becomes available. All interested offerors shall register at the website to ensure that they are notified of updates or amendments to the solicitation as they occur. No other notice of solicitation activity will be provided to interested offerors. The proposed contract is limited to qualifying 8(a) firms serviced by the U. S. Small Business Administration?s Hawaii District Office. The Government will not consider offers from other than 8(a) firms. 8(a) firms that are not serviced by the Hawaii District Office, but have a verifiable office and employees located within the geographic area served by the Hawaii District Office at the time of this FEDBIZOpps announcement, are also eligible to submit offers. The solicitation utilizes source selection procedures which require offerors to submit a technical and price proposal for evaluation by the Government. Proposal receipt date is approximate.
