- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Memory Card, Flash 20 Megabyte PN PM24130, FI20M-20-11338-03 Qty 228 and 2) Memory Card, Flash, 8 Megabyte, PN PM24270, FL08M-20-11736-J5-03, Qty 150. This requirement is sole sourced to Smart Modular Technologies, 7 Lopez Road, Wilmington, MA 01887 for compatibility with existing systems. Any firms believing that they can provide the Flash Memory Cards may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firms ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the (data/service) without causing programmatic hardship.
