- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61339-03-T-0012 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-9. The solicitation shall be awarded on a sole source basis to Intersense Inc. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 3334419 with a size standard of 500 employees. The following items are required: CLIN 0001, IS-900 Wireless Vet System, P/N ISG-IS90W-VETU, LAT Base, P/N ISG-IS900-RAL6, Processing Unit (6) 6 Ft Extended Range SoniStrips, (1) Extended Range Hub, (1) 15 vdc Power Supply and Cables, P/N ISG-IS900-HUB7, Qty 1; CLIN 0002, Extended Range SoniStrip Expansion Pack, P/N ISG-SRAIL-6PK1, Qty 1; CLIN 0003, Extended Range Hub with Interconnect Cables, P/N ISG-IS900-Hub7, Qty 2; CLIN 0004, SoniFrame Fixed Frame with 25 Ft Cable (sonistrips not included), P/N ISG-SFRAM-A000, Qty 1; CLIN 0005, 6 Ft Extended Range SoniStrip, P/N ISG-IS900-RAL6, Qty 3; CLIN 0006, Installation and Configuration, P/N ISG-INSTA-LLUS, Qty 1. Delivery shall be made no later than 6 weeks ARO. Acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery. Delivery shall be made FOB Destination. The following FAR/DFARS provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.2121-7001. FAR/DFARS clauses can be located at the following site: http://www.arnet.gov/far. The following clauses of DFARS apply: 252.212-7001(a), (b) and (c), 52.203-3, 252.225-7001, 252.225-7012, 252.243.7002 and 252.247-7023. A completed copy of the following must be included with the quote: FAR 52.212-3 and DFARS 252.212-7000. The following clauses also apply: 252.204-7004 and 252.209-7001.The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A. See Note 22 (forty-five days is changed to read fifteen days).
