Description

BLM Request for Proposal, NAR030005, Mycorrhizal Seed Treatment. This is a synopsis for Mycorrhizal Seed Treatment. Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to provide seed treatment. Seed treatments will include seed testing, seed cleaning, priming or stratifying, and encrusting or pelleting with endomycorrhizal species for seed germination and enhancing agents to help root growth and give the seeds improved germination and establishment results. This is a 100% set aside for small business. The standard SIC/NAICS classification is 2879/325320. Anticipated issue date of solicitation is on or about December 17, 2002. Proposals are due January 7, 2003. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The approximate award date is January 24, 2003. (See Note 1.)
