This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751 ET SEQ) or The Export Administration Act (Title 50, U.S.C., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be re leased outside the United Stated without prior approval of the Government. THIS ACQUISITION REQUIRES ACCESS CLASSIFIED DATA, WHICH REQUIRES THAT THE CONTRACTOR HAVE A CURRENT AND VALID FACILITY CLEARANCE AND SAFEGUARD CAPABILITY. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNM ENT. System: MULTIPLE LAUNCH ROCKET SYSTEM (MLRS), PRON: D1285605, Nomenclature: Electronic Unit Assembly, NSN: 1055-01-436-0004, PN: 13210255, for a quantity of (3) three. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Destination to be furnished. A quantity of (1) one, Contractor Tested First Article required. Delivery schedule 155 days after contract award for submission and acceptance of test report. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient document ation to acquire this item from other than the qualified sources. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government inten ds to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest that small business firms, or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm(s) listed. RFP will be issue d to TELEDYNE INDUSTRIES INC., 1425 HIGGS RD, LEWISBURG, TN 37091-4401 (CAGE CODE 26687). All responsible sources may submit a bid/proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency, request solicitation package from address above, ATTN: AMS AM-AC-LS-T, FAX Number 256-955-7737.
