- Description
- NA Four systems with the ability to take 8mm videotapes from F-16 aircraft and brief/debrief pilots on the mission. Requirements include: Capture and storage of 8mm analog video tapes in a digital format; 8 channel capability with the ability to capture eigh t tapes at one time or the flexibility to capture 4 and play back 4 at the same time; review 8 video/audio files with the capability to display in various formats such as single full screen image or quad split - 4 video/audio sources on one screen; all fil es/tapes need to be time synchornized for playback; able to freeze, play, rewind, review in fast forward and reverse, as well as make individual frame assessments of various segments of the missions; wireless control of system; ability to expand or reconfi gure system at later date. Two of the four systems will require Plasma screens (approximately 42 inches) and Smart Board (or equivalent) for out put. The other two systems will utilize projectors for output and require ATA style shipping containers. Syste ms will run on personal computer control system. (Includes hardware, software, documentation, labor, and shipping.) This is an electronic only solicitation, no hard copies will be mailed.
